dilemna

If I get up at 5.30 into order to exercise before taking D to school and heading into work, the odds of my being coherent enough to blog at 10 pm are very low.l

    You can’t add something without taking something away. But I hope the thing you take away won’t be your blog! Or your reading time. Or your time with your husband and kids.

    Do you have the circumstances to exercise or blog at lunchtime?

    There’s nowhere to shower if I exercise at lunch. So I can walk, but I can’t do anything that’s strenuous enough to make me sweat. And I think it would be dangerous for me to blog at lunch, because I think once I started blogging at work (even if during my lunch time), I’d be tempted to blog when I’m supposed to be working. As it is, I have to discipline myself pretty hard not to get sucked into reading blogs at work.

    OK — you would never guess this by looking at me but I basically can’t function UNLESS I get up at 5:30am to exercise. When I lived in VA I did boot camp outside at 6am 5 days a week. After the first week or so, you get MORE energy from the early morning workout..
